• Vacuum with our own HEPA certified commercial machine.
  
• Precondition, We alway precontdition the carpet at no extra charge, with special attention to problem areas.
  
• Deep Scrubbing using our top of the line low moisture carpet cleaning machine.
  
• Extraction, Using the same machine with special absorbent pads, changing them every 100-200 square feet.
  
• Groming, with a carpet rake, which gently grooms the nap and lifts it up for faster drying and revitalization. (see video)

Restoration Deep Carpet Cleaning Method:

• Not all carpet conditions can be treated the same way, so we have different methods for different carpet cleaning situations.
  We use hot water extraction (HWE)  for extreme soiling conditions, to rinse and sanitize the carpet with steam, dry time is always from 2 - 4 hrs.
  
• Here are the steps we take:
• Vacuum with our own HEPA certified commercial machine.
  
• Precondition, we alway precontdition the carpet at no extra charge, with special attention to problem areas.
  
• Agitation with our Carpert Grandy Groomer.
  
• Hot Water Extraction, with 210 Degree PURE water at high pressure from our modern Truckmounted Machine, This step is very important for a zero recidue final result.**
  
• Groming, with a carpet rake, which gently grooms the nap and lifts it up for faster drying and revitalization.
• Drying, as we finish one area, we place high velocity air movers that blow on the carpets to speed up the dry process.

** Truckmounted equipment will not be used for high raise apartments or condos, instead, portable powerful extractors as shown below, will be used for such locations.
